Justin Parsons Joy is the focus of my intention, practice, and being! I moved from Upstate NY to Phoenix, Arizona where I found conscious (ecstatic) dance and holistic wellness. It has been a transformational practice for me, and like the iconic and mythological Phoenix, it allowed me to rise from the ashes of my journey with Lyme’s disease. Reclaiming my body, mind and spirit through the pure joy and bliss of dance set me on path to share it. I utilize my skills as a DJ, drummer, and music connoisseur to craft sets that will move you not only physically, but emotionally as well. I have been inspired by and learned from 5Rythyms, Ecstatic dance, OpenFloor, and Movement Medicine. In addition I am a sound healer and drum circle facilitator. Utilizing a mix of these life changing techniques and practices I help others to find healing through joy.
